This is a smallish RV park in Weaverville CA. The park is right in the small town so if you are looking for a remote setting, look elsewhere. Our adequately sized lot sat on the side of an hill and parking looked intimidating but we had no trouble backing in our small trailer and setting up. There was enough room to park our rig. Everything worked, the restrooms were clean and spacious but a little dated. The owner was friendly and helpful. The park was clean and well kept. Although just a couple of blocks from the highway, traffic noise was not noticeable at night. After hiking in Lassen for 4 days we really enjoyed our two nights here. Weaverville, a Gold Rush town, has lots of history including the oldest Chinese temple in the United States and a nice museum. Too bad the temple wasn’t open on weekdays, but that is not the fault of the RV park. The Trinity Lakes wilderness is really beautiful and rugged. We watched osprey fish for trout in Lewiston Lake. It was a highlight of our trip.

I arrived after closing and was still able to check in with the owner, who was helpful and kind. All the hook ups worked and everything was very clean.

Great location. Great food. Excellent staff and assistance when needed. Very clean RV park with quick access to freeway. Nice that one can fill a vehicle and get propane.

It’s in a good location but the rv park itself was tight trying to maneuver into a spot.

Only spent a night there, but sites were level, facilities were clean, and the wifi worked. Dan and his website were helpful with the checkin and he proactively caught that I'd signed up to pay a dump fee that I didn't need to pay (bc there's sewer access at the site), so he refunded that without my asking. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We are traveling across California and came across this perfect spot. We needed electricity to charge our portable battery and fridge. The restrooms/showers were clean, water nice n hot. Premises were also clean and we felt safe. Dan was great and recommended the local bar across the street that had live music. This was a great stop and will definitely come back again in our future travels. Thank you Dan, you were the cherry on top. Michelle
